Hi chuckeys123,

first please make sure that the "Java Runtime Environment" (JRE) is installed properly on your PC. If not, you can download it here:

https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html

For a 64 bit Windows download and install the file "jre-8u202-windows-x64.exe", for a 32 bit Windows use "jre-8u202-windows-i586.exe"

After installation please restart your PC and start the jososoft program again.

IF an error message comes up again, you have to find the file "javaw.exe" and "show" it the program. This file is stored in ...

C:\Program Files\Java\jre<verison>\bin (when a 64 bit Java JRE is installed)

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre<version>\bin (when a 32 bit Jave JRE is installed)

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Chris
