PSR S 950 Indian expansion packs buy and install

I bought Indian Tallls and Indian pack 1 &2 and other but can not download to my computer.
Contact Yamaha but no help.
All Indian packs are available but DOES NOT SHOW THE MODEL  PSR S 950 . Need. Help. I am a beginner and not enough knowledge. LeArning. Any one can help me is really appreciate.
