I am trying to pair my ipad air 2 to my psr s 975 to try out Flowkey. I am using the  to host connection on the keyboard with an adapter on the ipad.
I have followed the instructions on youtube but nothing seems to happen.
Any help, please?

Hi davfra,

I'm not yet familiar with Flowkey.

On the S975,  please press "Function > MIDI" and make sure that the Preset MIDI template "All Parts" or "KBD & Style" is selected. Then press Exit to close the MIDI display.

Which adapter do you use on the iPad?

I recommend an original Apple "Lightning to USB3 Camera Adapter", in conjunction with a normal USB type "AB" cable.

You can also use the previous 'USB to Lightning Camera Adapter", but you cannot connect the USB to Lightning Power cable at the same time then.

Best regards,
Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Thanks for reply. I had the cables you described, but nothing seemed to work. I got a refund. I don't like too much frustration at  my time of life.
