Hi,
you can make very long Audio MultiPad, as long as you want,  because this one is read directly from intern HDD or from other external USB device (Audio Link Function).
However, you can't play all audio multipad together, just one by one, and it will not follow tempo if you change it ( unless the audio file is a REX file or if it is edited with Audio Phraser, but in a restricted tempo range of about   -10 to +10), or chords you'll play.
Very important: the audio file MUST be formated as 44 Khz and 16 bits.

Hi mrkim,

the Wave data from Audio Link Multi Pads can be very long. In Genos Specifications is mentioned a limit of "80 minutes (approx. 0,8 GB)" when RECORDING Audio/Wave data on Genos.

I guess that Wave files which are made on a external device could be even longer when using in Audio Link Multi Pads. But such large/long Wave files would not much sense, in my view ... ;)

On Genos you CAN play multiple Audio Link Multi Pads at the same time! This feature was introduced with Firmware Version 1.20:

Version History
[V1.20 to V1.30]
- ...
- ...

[V1.10 to V1.20]
- ...
- You can now play multiple Audio Link Multi Pads simultaneously. You can also switch to the behavior in which only one Pad can be played back at once, as in version 1.10 or previous. This setting is made from the display called up via MULTI PAD CONTROL [SELECT] -> [Menu].
- ...

Current firmware is, as generally known, V1.30:

Hope this helps!
