What does error msg mean

I'm sure this question has been asked and answered but I'm so far behind that I'm just catching up. Can someone help or direct me? Two-part Genos question: 1. WHY, when I click to load a song on my screen do I get error 'File not found, or file name is inappropriate'. and 2: When I click on a file on my screen i.e. 'Eileen's Latin', whoosh, everything disappears. In both cases files have been loaded from  USB1 using the port on the top right. Thank you . . . Don in MI

You say when you click on my folder of styles everything disappears. Firstly are you pressing the style selection part first. Secondly have you unzipped them.
