With Fingered as the chord type this is what I would use in my left hand, with the split set at at F#(2).
C (G-C-E) 5-2-1
Eb (G-Bb-Eb) 5-3-1
I do Bb (Bb-D-F) using 4-2-1 or (F-Bb-D) with 5-3-1
