Controlling Tyros Buttons with software

Is it possible to control or operate the tyros 4 buttons with software as some of my buttons are a bit tepremental.

Ie the auto fill button

Some functions can be controlled with a footswitch.

Plug in a footswitch.
Press  direct access button, and press footswitch.  The available options will be displayed.
