Difference Between Brightness in Mixer Panel and Voice Set

What's the difference between the Brightness setting in the Mixer Panel and Voice Set ?

Hi
They are the same. Both change the filter cutoff. Change the one in the mixer and go to voice set and you will see it now reads the same as the mixer value you set.
