Hi all,
As a bit of a novice with the CVP 709, I've been watching a U-Tube video of a 709 demonstration by a Dutch player, Michel Voncken.  He gave a brilliant performance of Tico Tico and although at my level, I will ever be able to play this tune in a million years, I was very impressed with the settings on the 709 during his performance. I've played around with "styles" and "music finder" on my 709 but I don't find anything that matches the style used by Michel during his performance. If anybody has any thoughts on this, I would love to hear from you.
Many thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,

There are two entries for 'Tico Tico' in the CVP-709 Music Finder (assuming that you have downloaded and installed the 'full' version from Yamaha!   Download link from UK site...  Guets are not allowed to view links. In order to access the links, please Register or Login ).

One uses the style 'OrganSamba' (Organist category) at 124 bpm.

The other uses the style 'PianoSamba' (Pianist category) at 120 bpm.

Regards

Ian
