Yamaha has provided inbuilt recording feature so that we can save all of our performances to USB in highest bitrate with immense depth and quality of the audio.

Now we all know yamaha boards have pendrive issues.

I don't want to record and save in USB.

I want all of my performances in same quality exactly to PC.

What are my options? I do not want to miss anything,i want to have the same output it gives to USB as a .wav file, 44khz 1411kbps PCM

You'll need a Audio Interface
M Audio or Focusrite

Connect the Output to the Interface
Software to record on the PC
Depending on which Audio Interface you get
You can get up to 96kHZ 24 Bit (FLAC)

I have the Focusrite 2i2. Very satisfied with it. I use the free program Audacity to record😀

i have s950 for more then 2 years and in order to make sure i am not touching board USB input, i have purchase USB extension cable and connect my pendrive with that cable to plug/unplug.
