Youtube ?

I have three computers:  1 Desk Top, and 2 Lap Tops.  YouTube keeps rejecting my Desk Top uploads (Server denied) but my Lap Tops have no problem.  I follow the Desk Top YouTube instruction to correct the problem with no success. So, I  send what I want to upload from my DT to one of my LT's and it uploads quickly.   Confused!  Flip
