I recently sold my Tyros 5 and want to remove all references to it from YEM. Anyone know how to do this without uninstalling YEM and deleting all its data and then having to reinstall YEM and all packs.

Select the instrument that you want to delete by clicking on it.

Once the instrument data has finished loading, click the [>] button to the right of 'Install Target'.

A menu will open which in my version (2.4.1) has just one option: 'Delete'.

Click this, then confirm in the box that opens, to delete the selected instrument.

Thanks, I saw the delete option but mistakenly thought it was referring you deletion of pack files.

If when you sold your Tyros 5 you did not leave any packs on it there will be no problem. The new owner will have to register before he can buy any packs from Music Soft as his details will be different and there is no way he can get yours.
Go to where you registered it and remove Tyros 5. If you have purchased a different Yamaha keyboard enter the new details.
