Registrations bank lost on S950

Hi
Hoping someone can help as I used my friends S950 and now she cannot obtain the registrations she set in.
She only has 1 bank filled and they were straight in, not on USB. She also only uses these for the voices, using the freeze button.
I used my USB in her keyboard with many full registration banks.
I am so hoping I haven't deleted her registrations
. She was wondering about doing a reset (turning on and holding top key down) but we are worried she will loose her EQs etc and all her user styles.

Hi! Don't do a factory reset, all will be deleted! Save everythink first!

I have now visited my friend was able to correct the problem.
She doesn't use the Registration user and that's where her 1 bank of voices was, so all fixed now, thank goodness
