New Genos packs have arrived, but not free update (yet).

New packs have arrived at Guets are not allowed to view links. In order to access the links, please Register or Login, but other than the 'November packs' I can't download them for free.
(I bought for Tyros5 Church and Christmas, Vintage Synths etc).

Sent a mail to them, asking what to do (or when they fix this issue).

I've the same problem.

Just wrote them a mail.

I bought it already in may 23 2015
Later there was a different one called Church & Xmas.
Many problems then with load the pack together with other.
They reset then that pack but i did have to use my old pack.

Now I can't download it for free.
Fingers crossed and wait for reaction.

Hi Wim,

Did a chat-session with Yamahamusicsoft (under help) and got all the previous packs in Genos format on my account.
Could download them instantly (after a chat of 10 minutes.
